Dny se kr\u00e1t\u00ed, sv\u011btla ub\u00fdv\u00e1, r\u00e1na jsou chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a ve\u010dery temn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edroda zpomaluje, stahuje se do sebe a s n\u00ed \u010dasto i my. N\u00e1\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u00ed rytmus se sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobit zm\u011bn\u00e1m sv\u011btla, teplot i denn\u00edmu re\u017eimu. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto nen\u00e1padn\u00e9, ale hlubok\u00e9 prom\u011bny maj\u00ed citeln\u00fd vliv na na\u0161i psychiku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoz\u00ed z n\u00e1s to poc\u00edt\u00ed jen lehce, jako jemnou \u00fanavu, tichou pot\u0159ebu zpomalit, st\u00e1hnout se, v\u00edce p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. U jin\u00fdch se mohou tyto prom\u011bny projevit siln\u011bji: ztr\u00e1tou energie, poklesem n\u00e1lady, \u00fazkost\u00ed nebo naru\u0161en\u00edm denn\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto stavy nejsou slabost\u00ed ani selh\u00e1n\u00edm. Jsou p\u0159irozenou reakc\u00ed organismu na prom\u011bnliv\u00e9 vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky. N\u011bkdy v\u0161ak mohou p\u0159er\u016fst i v z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, jako je sez\u00f3nn\u00ed afektivn\u00ed porucha (Seasonal Affective Disorder \u2013 SAD), tedy forma deprese, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed opakovan\u011b v chladn\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch, zejm\u00e9na na podzim a v zim\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e jsou podzimn\u00ed dny pro v\u00e1s jen lehce zpomalen\u00e9, nebo v\u00fdrazn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, stoj\u00ed za to jim naslouchat. Jsou toti\u017e obdob\u00edm, kter\u00e9 si zaslou\u017e\u00ed na\u0161i pozornost. Ne proto, \u017ee bychom mu m\u011bli odolat, ale proto, \u017ee n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee nab\u00eddnout nov\u00fd pohled na sebe, na sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, i na to, jak o sebe pe\u010dovat v \u010dase, kdy sv\u011btla ub\u00fdv\u00e1. V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku se na toto t\u00e9ma pod\u00edv\u00e1me podrobn\u011bji a pokus\u00edm se nab\u00eddnout inspiraci, jak v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm podzimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed nal\u00e9zt zdroje s\u00edly a rovnov\u00e1hy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d pr\u00e1v\u011b podzim b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u201en\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podzimn\u00ed dny jsou krat\u0161\u00ed, sv\u011btla je m\u00e9n\u011b. Jen\u017ee je to \u201e<em>iluze \u00falevy\u201c<\/em>, ve skute\u010dnosti m\u016f\u017ee alkohol zhor\u0161ovat n\u00e1ladu, p\u0159eru\u0161ovat sp\u00e1nek, v\u00e9st k\u202fv\u00fdkyv\u016fm n\u00e1lad, komplikovat regulaci emoc\u00ed. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee l\u00e1tky, m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed stav v\u011bdom\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b alkoholu, poskytuj\u00ed velmi \u010dasto kr\u00e1tkodobou \u00falevu. A pr\u00e1v\u011b \u00falevu ve chv\u00edli, kdy se nec\u00edt\u00edme dob\u0159e, hled\u00e1me. Ale to slovo \u201ekr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9\u201c je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad alkohol \u201erozpou\u0161t\u00ed\u201c \u00fazkosti, je to z\u00e1rove\u0148 depresant, tak\u017ee po t\u00e9 kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 \u00falev\u011b se v&nbsp;n\u00e1s velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b pos\u00edl\u00ed ten t\u00ed\u017eiv\u00fd pocit, d\u00edky nemu\u017e jsme se napili.
